My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. I was really looking forward to relaxing, but I encountered various issues. The cleanliness was a significant concern with roaches in the room, and I found the food options unappetizing. The service left much to be desired, pushing us to switch hotels after just one night. Overall, it felt like poor value for the money spent.
